- EBEmily BuettemeierJan 5, 20261.0Confusing payment system and rude customer service. A payment screen came up, I tapped my card. Then a "customer service survey" comes up. I complete that and then am asked to pay again?!? When I mentioned how confusing this was and that I had already paid, the employee disregard anything I said and I had to pay (again?) without a price on the screen. Maybe it's just an issue with the payment screen, but it's confusing and employees could be nicer about it

Says it’s 24/7. It’s open from 8am-6pm and not open on the weekend. I had a time sensitive package delivered on a Friday and I was still at work during their open hours. I could have gotten it on Saturday if they were open like it says on the website. I’m furious.

Her conduct was unprofessional and made the experience stressful. I hope management addresses this to improve customer service.
