- JDJennifer DunneNov 14, 20251.0The hours it says the lobby and office are open are different on the website than reality. They aren’t open Saturdays and the lobby for PO Boxes is completely wrong. Says it’s 24/7. It’s open from 8am-6pm and not open on the weekend. I had a time sensitive package delivered on a Friday and I was still at work during their open hours. I could have gotten it on Saturday if they were open like it says on the website. I’m furious.

Her conduct was unprofessional and made the experience stressful. I hope management addresses this to improve customer service.
