Confusing payment system and rude customer service. A payment screen came up, I tapped my card. Then a "customer service survey" comes up. I complete that and then am asked to pay again?!?
When I mentioned how confusing this was and that I had already paid, the employee disregard anything I said and I had to pay (again?) without a price on the screen. Maybe it's just an issue with the payment screen, but it's confusing and employees could be nicer about it

The hours it says the lobby and office are open are different on the website than reality. They aren’t open Saturdays and the lobby for PO Boxes is completely wrong. Says it’s 24/7. It’s open from 8am-6pm and not open on the weekend. I had a time sensitive package delivered on a Friday and I was still at work during their open hours. I could have gotten it on Saturday if they were open like it says on the website. I’m furious.

I visited the post office recently and encountered a female staff member with short hair, whose behavior was extremely rude because I hadn’t written the full address on the envelope. Her conduct was unprofessional and made the experience stressful. I hope management addresses this to improve customer service.
