Place was severely understaffed with the line going out the door and only one employee to handle all the demand. But the employee himself was very polite, professional and helpful.

I've used this location to drop off packages 10+ times and they are truly the kindest staff I've talked to at a post office. The longest I've ever had to wait in line was around 10 minutes and they were moving through everyone as efficiently as possible. I used to dread shipping items but they have completely changed my experience and I won't go anywhere else.

I traveled to Seattle on 12/2. I went to this post office to send postcards to my friends. A gentleman was very friendly and kind. He helped me buy stamps and send them out. Now my friends have received them. I'm very happy!

Staff often overcharges me for media mail shipping. They will charge me for ground advantage just for fun, which adds up when you are shipping 20 packages.
Staff often skips the part where I am supposed to choose whether or not I want an email receipt, which means I have to type out every single tracking number for my customers.
Most recently, my post office box was cancelled after I had renewed it in August. It is a six month plan, so I shouldn't need to renew it for a while now, but instead my friends are having their packages returned to them due to "incorrect address."
In summary, this location is discriminatory and incompetent in just about every way possible.
