Staff often skips the part where I am supposed to choose whether or not I want an email receipt, which means I have to type out every single tracking number for my customers. Most recently, my post office box was cancelled after I had renewed it in August. It is a six month plan, so I shouldn't need to renew it for a while now, but instead my friends are having their packages returned to them due to "incorrect address." In summary, this location is discriminatory and incompetent in just about every way possible.

One package out of two didn't come here, so I was told to speak with manager. He blamed me that it's my fault that I put wrong ZIP code 98101 in delivery address and told me that it should be 98111 for general delivery. I showed him another package I just received here with ZIP Code 98101. He told me I should not speak like this with him. At the end he just gave me some number for automat, which didn't help me at all.
