I do not like this location what soever they will lose your items. You will have to force them to do their job. Items will be delivered, but then. They won't be in the PL box that you're paying for them to be available in. I feel like the lady at the front desk, that's new, the Asian lady keeps your packages and doesn't check them in So they show that they haven't arrived at the location, but then when you check the company ship with it says that they should be there. But when you check on USPS website, it should show that they're available for pick up and there's conflict, conflicting information, and I feel like this worker. Is doing it on purpose? She had an issue with how many packages I received, which is weird to me why that would be her concern when I had Pack.\n Ages missing and her excuse was, well, you got the rest of your packages. Why are you looking for this one? And I'm like, because in this particular item was over a $100 and I'm telling her it doesn't matter what I currently have there is a package that is missing that I paid for where is it at and I had to come to that office multiple times for that for that item only to go home and then be called back to say oh yeah, we found it when they swore up-and-down that there was nowhere to be found. I don't know if these are this woman's playing games but I'm telling you. Do not rent out a pill box from this office, you'll be gaslit, you'll be played with people will be all up in your business. This is just my experience and management will back them up.
