The USPS website says that the kiosk in their lobby is open even on Sundays. Drove 20 minutes to go to this location specifically and the kiosk lobby was locked with a sign that says it’s closed Sundays.

I am disabled and they are refusing to deliver a 38lb package because it is too heavy. When their max delivery weight is 70lbs. Really frustrating because they are being lazy instead of just doing their job. I don’t drive, I have no way to do this myself.

Came in on a Monday afternoon and was in and out in under 10 minutes! The guy who helped me was friendly and gave me a tip to save money on mailing in the future. Wanted to leave this review since there are so many negative ones but they were moving the line quickly and the employees were all kind
