Person was very rude and would not give me my packages because my id address did not match where package was dmsupposed to be delivered.. even though i showed proof of everything else... usps are lazy and do not do there jib ive lost many packages because they leave them outside of complex

SUPERVISOR JESSIE THREATENED ME VERBALLY!!
.spoke on the phone to a man named Jessie who said he was a supervisor about 8 pkgs my usps guy picked up & have disappeared. He was so rude called me stupid for using usps if I have regular issues & told me he knew where I live in a way that terrified me. where are my pkgs how is Jessie still employed
