- JYJartu YamahFeb 24, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Rachelle(spelling might be incorrect) at this post office. I asked for help choosing the correct box size to ship my phone, and instead of giving a helpful recommendation, she sarcastically said that if I wanted my phone to break, I should use the box I was holding. She then smirked and walked away. It was completely unprofessional. While I was filling out the shipping information, she continued to be rude and told me to step aside in case someone else came into line. I politely explained that I didn’t mind moving once I finished writing, but her tone remained dismissive and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this location for almost two years and have never experienced customer service like this. Her attitude and behavior were unacceptable, and to make matters worse, she ultimately refused to send my package. Very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have to deal with the same treatment.
- DVDiego vlogsFeb 19, 20261.0I went today to go check on a package I sent yesterday because I forgot to show the QR code to the person attending us yesterday fast forward today that person who was attending us yesterday was busy so another person came in and this person rude making faces while I was trying to explain if they needed that QR Code and while talking she was being rude giving attitude while making faces. First time here BTW I’m not the one to ever write a review but this one got to me…
- HGHeather GNov 7, 20251.0So I’m not sure why the woman at the front desk has such a huge attitude with pretty women. She asked me hella rudely if I had a QR code for my package and when I asked her what she meant like who do you get one she said ok you need to breathe….. I’m sorry what?! I might have looked confused but I sure didn’t deserve to be spoken to crazy. Now I know why they have a sign that says right to refuse people. They speak to you crazy and want you to react. So I purposely had the next person help me and she’s yelling at the top of her lungs if I need stamps. No one is hard of hearing I’m only 30. Whoever runs this place might want to test their employees for substances.
