I have to come to this post office two times a month to send certified mail. Because of recent law change in Seattle lots of property management workers must send 15-30 certified letters monthly. I usually like people who work here. They are nice. Right now, I understand that they are mad that they have to do their job and process certified mail. For me there is no other option to do it rather than doing it in the post office. I would love to do it online or whatever, but I can’t. They created a new rule and posted in the wall that certified mail can’t be accepted after 5:45PM. Which I think is reasonable. However, today I came to the post office today at 2:30PM and when I came to the desk lady said I have to wait an hour for her coworker to come in because she is there by herself. I don’t see any rule like this posted on the walls and why I was declined service. I guess it is my fault I have to send all of those certified mail and came here to do it. Every time I come to the post office I receive bad looks form workers and it is surprising since lots of people must do it now due to law change. I don’t understand what time of day or day of the week I have to come so I receive regular service. Every time I feel anxious and hated. Please schedule certified day mail only, or time and post it on the door. So everyone can see and when I come next time during those hours I will receive proper service. Thank you!

Staff is so rude, not even wanting to spit a word on how to drop off a package. Worst place, but I guess no one cares.

The best local USPS service I've ever encountered. Although USPS lost my package, it is not the fault by this location.
