- NPNatalia PetukhovaFeb 4, 20261.0I waited an unreasonably long time in line for what should have been a simple task — sending a package to California. The staff moved extremely slowly, and when it was finally my turn, I was redirected to another register and then told they wouldn’t help me. After already waiting, I was then instructed to use the self-service machine to purchase cards, envelopes, and stamps, which meant standing in yet another line. This location is very inefficient and poorly managed. If you value your time, I strongly recommend choosing a different location.

The staff showed no sense of urgency in helping me track my medicine or provide a reason as to what happened. I think there’s a racket being run out of this office where packages ‘go missing’ and someone needs to investigate.
