I had a package to pick up and the lone worker was hopelessly unable to find it. It was an expensive order, but the worker was having a meltdown, yelling and belittling his coworker, as a line behind me backed up. He was clearly, completely overwhelmed and in no position to give me the help I needed to remedy the situation. If this were a business, I would absolutely report it to the Better Business Bureau, but given the total lack of support by the federal government, I have little hope there is any help coming for this location. Avoid coming in here at any reasonable cost.

I arrive to pick my package up and they get fed up because I only have my tracking number and then I have to wait ages for them to search for a package they don’t even have, and tell me to wait for a re-delivery. It happens all the time for international packages, I hate it.
