They only ever have 1 person working, and every time Ive been its been awful. They're very rude and they lost a super important legal document that i paid extra for express shipping on. If you're able to go somewhere else, do that!!!

In two separate occasions, mail I sent with tracking got lost and was never delivered. This didn't really happen from another USPS location out of state.

I am absolutely outraged by the behavior of an older Asian female employee at this location. Her attitude is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Our package didn’t arrive because the room number was written before the street address, so we went in simply to ask about the situation and to confirm the correct address format. Instead of helping, she snapped at us, demanding, “Who taught you to write an address like that? Only people in Hawaii write the room number first…” This was completely uncalled for. We came in politely, caused her zero inconvenience, and only wanted clarification. Yet she treated us with hostility as if we had personally offended her. And this is not the first time she has behaved this way. Her pattern of disrespect toward customers is unacceptable and frankly disgraceful for someone working at a public service counter. Our missing package doesn’t harm her in any way—so what exactly is she so angry about? There is absolutely no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. USPS customers deserve far better than this.

If you get serviced by an older gentleman I would just walk away. He is incredibly rude and will not help you no matter how much you try to assist him. All the reviews about him are true and reflects his poor character.
