The USPS team at this location is very helpful. I’ve never had a problem dropping off packages here

According to the company I was sending items too, my package was never scanned in to the system at all and is completely lost. The old guy with the glasses working the front is extremely rude and condescending to literally everyone. That was made very clear as there were several people in line ahead of me and he was nasty and talked down to all of them.

I come to this post office daily for my PO box, and the employees here are mostly friendly, usually patient, and doing the absolute best they can in a building that has clearly earned its senior discount. When staffing is this thin, predictable things happen. Some days the mail isn’t in my box after the posted time, so I wait in line to ask for it—only to discover they’ve had a whole bundle ready all along. Not a staff issue… just a staffing math problem. There is signage directing customers to the will-call/mail pickup door. Think of it less as instructions and more as a suggestion. No one is ever stationed there, a fact I learned early on after standing there confidently before being told I’d be waiting a very long time if I expected help. This location doesn’t need a luxury remodel, just basic maintenance, clearer direction, and a little TLC from the powers that be. Leaving post offices understaffed and aging like this isn’t exactly a winning strategy for public trust. The employees deserve better—and the customers would appreciate it too. Postmaster General: even a little love here would go a long way. This building has been patient long enough.

The old man in the front desk is incredibly rude. Seriously, never helps with anything, so impatient, I told him I asked another worker about how should I punt my print label because it was my first time returning something and he said that that worker is nothing and I shouldn’t believe what he said and I did everything wrong. Etc. just so rude, both times I’ve been there, incredibly not professional.

Utter incompetence, lost a package in the system, went to the office to ask for manager’s contact info, gave my contact info, and haven’t heard back in 2 weeks.
