They have a 1.5 hour lunch break which is fine but they will often take it 15-30 minutes early. Is you don’t show up here by 11:30am just assume it’s closed

THIS IS NOT A PICKUP LOCATION FOR MISSED DELIVERIES!! Even if your slip says this address, they do NOT have it! A shorter female employee told me they don't do mail pickup at the Maynard location. You will have to call the 1 800 number to find out where your mail is imprisoned. There's got to be a better system. (appreciate the employee who helped me at 4:59 even though they were trying to close!)

On the morning of July 27 at approximately 10:30 am my wife and I visited this location to return a package to Amazon and we Inadvertently entered through the wrong door due to the fact that it was our first visit to this location. We did not know there were 2 entrances but the woman on duty yelled at us to go to the front door and I am certain that if we were white she would never spoken to us in that demeaning tone of voice. This disrespectable behavior is normal in black areas of town. The staff here seems to have a problem with racism and is in need of racial sensitivity training ASAP because all of your negative feedback from this location came from people of color. I moved here from Atlanta Georgia in July of this year and I noticed that white and Asian people in Washington state are just as racist as people in the Bible Belt. I am a Jim Crow era baby who lived in a completely segregated society in Georgia and I know a lot about intolerant people. "America will always be a racist country!"
