I just had the worst experience I have had with a service person in my entire life. I made a photos only appointment to get my passport renewed. He spoke aggressively to me the entire time, exasperated that I didn't understand the process of submitting passports for renewal, even making a snotty comment that I must have not read the instructions. And other comments that all implicated I was an idiot. He was being so rude about everything - I just said, you know, I only made an appointment for photos, so let's just do that. When he handed me my photos, he said "get a better attitude" as I walked out the door. He was aggressive, patronizing and horribly unprofessional.

This poor rating is NOT due to poor customer service. I was there for a passport appointment. I wasn't helped until 1 hour and 45 minutes past my time. Apparently, two employees were not at work. Life hapoens. I get that. But this was unacceptable. Maybe there should be employees that are on call to float between different locations. I was able to wait for my appointment. Unfortunately, most people don't have that luxury. Several peoole in line had to leave before they were helped. There should not be 15 minute appointments. It's unreasonable. They shouldn't double book either. The truth is every customer I witnessed was provided with excellent customer service. The employees were informative, courteous, and respectful. Working under those conditions could NOT be fun. They deserve better, and so do customers. So, the people in charge need to do better. Period.

Very friendly and the place was pretty quiet for noon. Ordered passport with no problems or hassles.
