I visited this location because it had better ratings and a reputation for being friendlier than other UPS Stores. Even though I only had a simple task to take care of, the staff was very kind and provided great service.
다른 UPS Store보다 평점이 좋고 친절하다고 하여 방문했는데..
가벼운 업무이긴 했지만 친절하게 잘 응대해주었습니다.

Best ups store i have been too. Customer service is always on point, and they don't charge you 2 dollars to print a shipping label like all the other ups stores. Shout out to the guy with the piercings and tattoos.

I was helped out by a cool, friendy, Goth by the name of Vex. He went Above and Beyond for the shippings of a mortal.

I went in for a packageless Amazon return—the kind where Amazon explicitly tells you not to bring a box. The item I returned was already in its original box (pictured), but the clerk told me I needed another box because the current packaging “couldn’t ship.” When I asked why, she just smirked and didn’t offer any explanation.
After that, we were made to wait around 15 minutes without any communication, apology, or acknowledgment. She scrolled on her phone the entire time while the other employee looked for a box. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was frustrating. At no point did anyone explain the delay or even try to be helpful.
I left the store feeling completely dismissed. If you’re going here for an Amazon return, especially a packageless one, be warned—you may be in for a confusing, unpleasant and time wasting experience.
