After that, we were made to wait around 15 minutes without any communication, apology, or acknowledgment. She scrolled on her phone the entire time while the other employee looked for a box. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was frustrating. At no point did anyone explain the delay or even try to be helpful. I left the store feeling completely dismissed. If you’re going here for an Amazon return, especially a packageless one, be warned—you may be in for a confusing, unpleasant and time wasting experience.
