- DDdavidDec 31, 20255.0The UPS clerk is really kind people with much care for his work- he helped me confirmed the old label to be covered and attache the new label on a correct place. Small actions showed his professional behavior and helpful heart.

UPS regulation states that they are supposed to print a red label warning for packages of this type. They had me pay them $13 for printing and packaging and posted a BLACK & WHITE label on the package. It was returned to sender. When I went back to tell them about their mistake they initially tried to blame me for it. (They didn’t even know why it got sent back) Then when I explained to them the rule they asked ME to print the label and come back. I INSISTED they do it and they finally reprinted and shipped it. They never took accountability and called it a “stupid regulation”

Apple never received the return, and I was charged the full trade-in value of the iPhone.
