I dropped off a package containing an iPhone that was supposed to be returned to Apple via USPS. And just like the other reviewers, an Asian man assured me he would drop it in a post office box—and foolishly, I trusted him. Apple never received the return, and I was charged the full trade-in value of the iPhone.

Daniel is a really nice and friendly guy keep up the good work Daniel it were a pleasure doing business with you. I was in and out with no time wasting.

They told me to sign a part of the document that I didn’t have to so then the recipients told me it was invalid. I asked if I could come back free of charge (35$ charge for stamps) since it was their guidance that got me in that situation and they said since I didn’t have the document that there was nothing they could do. I’m understanding but don’t offer a service you obviously know nothing about.
