- ILira limJan 24, 20261.0I was up in Seattle since my mom passed away. She had an old Buddha lamp that I wanted, along with other items. I had the items shipped to my home in Mesa, AZ. The gal who helped me seemed new. I had two packages and told her that the items were fragile. The smaller package of the two was marked fragile and arrived unharmed. The box containing the Buddha lamp was not marked fragile, and was completely destroyed. I paid over 200 alone for the packing and shipping of the lamp. No care was taken and I've lost a lamp that's been in the family for over 40 years. I do not recommend this location. I have tried calling the store. I have tried calling customer service. No help.
