There have been multiple times where UPS should have helped me (I know since the UPS on Broadway has in the past) and they refused to since they're too lazy to do their job. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else.

I had an experience at this location where I returned an AT&T device and AT&T ended up coming after me for the full cost of the device claiming that UPS was supposed to have given me a tracking number to prove that I returned it. It turns out that the entire situation was a miscommunication between AT&T corporate and UPS corporate. UPS sent out directives to all their stores on how to process returns for AT&T and it did NOT require that they provide a tracking number. AT&T would ONLY accept a tracking number as proof that I returned it. This caused me 9 months of struggle and harassment from AT&T over a balance I rightfully did not owe. I am sorry to the staff of UPS store #4884 for how this situation affected us all. I am glad that it got resolved but still very angry at AT&T for not clearly communicating to UPS how they wanted returns processed. Please disregard any other complaints from me about this UPS location.
