The manager “Wes” refused to provide any sort of solution other than to blame me for his employee’s mistake. I have shipped multiple packages from this location and will now take my money to a different location because they refuse to take accountability for or try to resolve their issues.

I needed to return two to three items, and she was clearly unwilling to help or do her job, even though I am pregnant. Her attitude was very upsetting — she spoke rudely, had an arrogant tone, and kept making facial expressions that showed irritation and dislike. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful, but this particular employee consistently seems unwilling to assist customers and makes you feel guilty just for asking basic questions. She really should not be working in a customer-facing role.
