Be careful with your packages the owner is charging an additional $20 per collection, and those charges are dishonest. The company already has its charges that I imagine that something pays him. Bad attitude, arrogant. Very bad ups with their independent branches. It’s important read the reviews for the place . If the place is also a collection center included in the application options. Be carefully with the hidden fees on this store

They had one job and they lost my package. Maybe a different location knows what they are doing better

I wish there were more John Appels behind the counters of Seattle businesses. What a pleasure to do business with.
Thanks for notarizing my documents John.

Folks working here are very kind and knowledgeable! They have hand trucks available. They looked up instructions for how I could ship cremated remains. Only the US Postal service can do so legally.

I recently visited this store to send out a prepaid QR code return, hoping to purchase a new bag since mine had ripped. The employee initially offered me a box for $25 and scanned my QR code. I declined the box, explaining that I would find my own packaging since it was a prepaid return.
However, upon my return, another staff member informed me that my QR code was invalid, merely showing me the screen without further explanation. When I checked my phone, I discovered that my package was already in transit! (Impossible, since I was still holding said package) Seeking assistance, I was told that they could not help me and that I would need to contact the company from which I made my purchases to obtain a new QR code.
When I requested to speak with a manager, John informed me that the location was just franchise and is not a direct UPS store, advising me to direct my concerns to the company I purchased from. He did not offer any further assistance, even though they had scanned my QR code prematurely and took no responsibility for the canceled QR code on their end.
I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received. Even if operated as a franchise, I believe that stores representing the UPS name should uphold the standard of service expected from the brand. I will be filing a formal complaint with UPS regarding this experience.
