Owner/Manager is a miserable human being with not an ounce of customer service or customer appreciation. Store is clean and organized, and I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees, but for as long as this place has been a UPS Store, the owner/manager has been unwelcoming, unfriendly, and seems to look for an excuse or find a reason to complain (or charge extra) for coming into the store. Heaven forbid he secure a box flap with a piece of tape. Go to the UPS Store on the north end of Broadway... you'll never have a bad experience there. Hadn't been in this location since the north Broadway location opened, but my errands had me closer to this one today, so I thought I'd give it another try, as it's been years since I last visited this location and promised myself I'd never go back. Feedback doesn't really seem to matter. That the owner responds to these with BS about providing "world-class" service is almost more of an insult, because you can see the same complaints about him since this place became a UPS store 20+ years ago. Why doesn't he just sell the store to someone with customer service skills that wants to be there (perhaps the other employees can band together and buy him out). But it doesn't really matter... I'd fly to another city and deliver the package myself before stepping into this store EVER again.

This local UPS store specifically has done more to help my small business through the most hectic shipping and holiday seasons with ease. They always have the answers to my weird questions and they are so nice.
