- ACAbbie ColussiJun 17, 20251.0I stopped here trying to refill my 5 gallon container of water. Primo had this listed as a refill site. An explanation about this place said it was conveniently located just inside the door, fill one, five gallons jugs. I went in and saw the water jugs but no way to refill them. I asked the young man that was supposed to be assisting the self check out but was just starting off into space. I tried explaining to the employee repeatedly that I had a jug not to exchange but to refill. He simply couldn't understand and told me to go to customer service. I ended up walking out very frustrated.
