- FFFranklinOct 24, 20251.0Awful - I came in with a box that was wet due to the rain and they start going on about how I need more filler, a new box, a new envelope - all just to charge me more money. I ended up going to the Walgreens to drop off my package and they were nice enough to provide a replacement box as well as tape it all for free. I feel like the people who work here lack empathy and are just looking to make an almighty dollar. Bunch of money grubbing and inconsiderate NPCs.
