    The older gentleman behind the counter does not care about his job at all. I dropped off a large package for delivery and he attached the shipping label horrendously to the package. It was all wrinkled and barely hanging on, so I asked what happens if the label gets removed during shipping. He looked annoyed that I asked and simply said “that’s how it goes”. It would be nice if he had treated his job with a little more respect considering he’s handling people’s valuables.

    Just came out from the print store, an Argentinian man assisted me in a very arrogant way, rude. Not being friendly to help and talk. What a terrible way to behave in the establishment

    I had a really bad experience here. I spent more than an hour just trying to send some documents, and after all that time the staff told me to come back the next day. First they asked me to create an account, then changed their instructions, which felt very unprofessional and confusing. Meanwhile, I saw other customers getting helped right away, so it made no sense why I had to wait so long. After wasting so much time, they also told me to return again after 1 hours. Overall, it was a very frustrating visit.
