Extremely disappointed with the service at this FedEx location.
I visited this store today and was shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff were. Instead of helping customers, they acted rude and dismissive. There was absolutely no courtesy or effort to provide good service. I went to another FedEx location hoping for a better experience — but unfortunately, the same level of unprofessional behavior continued.
Both stores seriously need better customer service training. I will be avoiding FedEx locations in the future until they treat customers with the respect they deserve.
I went to this FedEx location asking for help, and one of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me, he argued and treated me with complete disrespect. No customer deserves to be spoken to or treated that way.I don’t see his name today is 11/08/2025 Saturday I was there around 9.30 am
I left the store feeling humiliated and shocked by how badly I was treated . FedEx really needs to look into how this location handles customers — especially if staff can’t remain polite or professional.
I was looking for a scan copy not a big deal when I asked to help he was saying he could be able to do it when he was 3 years old he treated me like I am an animal .
I wish I could remember his name but unfortunately I don’t but he looks like an Indian guy or something with very bad attitude
Usually I am not put google reviews all the time but believe me these guys are definitely desperate.
After all drove 1.6 miles away to the UPS store you know what they gave my passport scan copies in 45 seconds and charged me $ 0.86 only.
Never go to these stores if guys need better service go to UPS or USPS cheaper and nicer.

Have shipped packages here numerous times, but I’ve had multiple rejected even when they were properly labeled with lithium batteries (laptop etc) really frustrating. I’ve called Fedex corporate and said that they should’ve been accepted!!

I went in for a few quick prints, and ran into numerous frustrations.
None of the printers would print via USB. Tried exfat, fat32, bought a new flash drive, and gave every machine an attempt. When I asked for help they said nothing was wrong with my flash drive or files then charged me for behind the counter assistance.
Tried again another day, same issues. I'm never going back.

My 5 stars is for the service I received from Cole. He was working during a busy weekend by himself near closing time; there was a line of clients. He was extremely professional and patient with everyone. Proactively helpful and also good at managing his time. He was able to politely help two or three client/groups at the same time.
This type of skill and ability is not common and he is exemplary.
I hope management sees this and acknowledge and appreciates this person.
Thanks again for the thoughtful and diligent service.
