    People at this location were ok and helped a bit so they get a few stars but Fed Ex is a joke of a company their customer service is bad the drivers lie about attempting delivery. They even take a picture of them not going to the door as they don't care. Please use UPS or USPS.

    Go to any other location and save yourself time. I showed up and employees were in the back talking. I called hello multiple times into the back, and no one came out front to help. Finally I called the store to try to get someone to help, and just listed to the phone ring as the employees continued to ignore the calls.

    The one computer they have doesn’t work, the keyboard isn’t connected and if you wiggle the mouse the system just reboots. The lady working didn’t say hello or anything to us. Asked for help and she was super rude and just acted as if we were bothering her.

    The curly haired guy that works here acts like a jackass. He talks in like a game show host voice and is extremely unhelpful. He shows that he is miserable working there with his tone and attitude. When I told him that I was having issues with the process and that it was difficult to reach customer service, he just responded with “I don’t doubt that”. He’s probably constantly short handed, so I don’t entirely blame it on him.I would hate being stuck there all day too.

    I was in this store to laminate some covid vaccine cards, and the gentleman who works here is awesome. He informed me that I should not laminate the covid vaccine card itself because some of the stickers on it are heat sensitive and will turn black - thereby making the card impossible to read. He then made a cardstock double sided copy (exactly lined up) and taught me the process of laminating. I really appreciated his professionalism, friendliness, how he seems to really care about his customers and job. Thank you for your help!
