When the FedEx website wouldn’t let me set up the double side page printing properly (short edge flip) Kevin knew just what to do. He even got his team doing the folding and stapling too. (Yes with a rush fee but I didn’t mind.) Thank you! Merry Christmas!

I had to wait a few minutes in line because the person in front of me had a complex international shipment, which was not a big deal. Jacky, behind the counter, was especially polite, professional and thoughtful. I was impressed by the way he interacted with me and the other customers, as well as his professionalism and overall positive demeanor.
