Do not meet their own expectations, and even with the app installed for up to date notifications, they flat out lie about the delivery status and nothing can be trusted.

Their automatic printing works for some documents only (e.g., it doesn't print several government forms etc). And even the printers operated by their staff have problems. Once I was waiting for 30minutes where I kept modifying a file to help their staff because their printer did not accept it (FYI I have printed the same form numerous times before in my work printer). And a couple of times they printed my files corrupted (with barcode missing), so I had to redo them elsewhere once I realized. Overall, choose FedEx for printing if and only if this is your only option and make sure to 1) examine carefully what they printed for you, 2) prepare to potentially waste much longer than 5-10mins that would be a regular printing job anywhere else.
