Truck didn’t even drive by and physically could not have come to my city from the destination they left in the time frame they said they “attempted delivery.” These people are just straight liars and the company is predatory and don’t do their jobs despite constant 1-star reviews. I’ve called and emailed everyone I can to get my package today and still no one has done crap to help. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If I get my delivery today I will change my review. What a joke.

But today it showed my package coming today I stay home all day because I need my package very urgent I waited all day and at 5:43pm it’s show delivered exception because during delivery attempt no one responded how can this happened I didn’t understand I asked my neighbour but no one shows up I just wanna request to that person who is working on Kent area please don’t put false information. On any delivery package we paid and trust on you. I will definitely try never ever go through by DHL again. I want to put zero star but is doesn’t work.

Today it’s December 2. Im wondering why this has taken so long as it’s expedited shipping. Tracking number is 7810120334 *Update* after receiving a response from customer service I'm still left without a solution to my delivery. I wonder if the response to my email inquiry was automated. They don't seem interested in getting the package to me.
