Ya no lo considero buen servicio.

They make you feel like the problem has been taken care of, but in reality, nothing gets done. When you call back to follow up, they act like there’s no record of your previous call. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

The tracking says that attempted delivery has been made which is a lie because I have been home every day and no one comes. Then another message says that the package is on hold for no reason at all. The customer service number is automated so I can’t even get anyone on the phone to try and get the package delivered to a location where I can pick it up. DO NOT USE DHL EVER. It is awful and a complete nightmare. I don’t think I will ever get my package.
