I really like the people who work the front counter. I've only had to use them to get money orders and have never had an issue. The men are friendly and helpful

I wanted to send a wooden postcard. I have already sent 4 of this type at other post offices and I haven’t had any problem. They put a stamp on it and I paid as a normal postcard. The clerk at this post office insists that, since it’s made of wood, it’s not a postcard and it costs $20. I took my postcard to another post office.

Asked a question and was responded to with rude sarcasm. Poor customer service from the older guy with glasses.
