Every time DHL is used, I've had extensive wait times and delivery mishaps. Their 'service department' is uncooperative, rude, and generally worthless when it comes to any customer service. I will be demanding other delivery service companies from all of my international trade partners. Weeks to over a month of waiting for items that are in the United States and sitting in their Service Points.
