The absolute worst Post Office I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would since that’s how much effort they provide. Do not expect them to do their job if you live in this zip code. You can expect to receive mail addressed to your neighbors throughout the year. You should also expect that they will not deliver anything to you that doesn’t fit in your post box. So, if you have a package being delivered by this post office, they will not deliver it. In the 5 years I’ve lived here, they have not delivered a single package to my door. I can live with that if they provided the missed delivery slip, but they rarely do.

This is the absolute worst post office on the planet!! ever since we fixed our mail box and moved it and even got it approved to move it ever since then they will not drop off any packages off. We even went out our way to get a bigger mail box so put packages can fit and they still won’t drop them off. My mother has cancer and it’s hard for her to get out of the house let alone the mail box .. they should be ashamed of themselves! customer service and clear communication are important Which this post office has never had!

This post office is the absolute worst. We’ve received our mail/packages maybe 20% of the time since moving here 15 years ago. Somehow, it’s gotten even worse than it was - none of their drivers seem capable of doing their jobs, especially if they have to read numbers or letters (they’re not sure how to do that). Most recently, a package was marked “undeliverable due to unknown address” (not sure how the address would be unknown and am pretty confident our driver was being lazy as usual). I called immediately and was told it would be available for pickup the following day at the post office. The next day, I got a notification that the package had been delivered (why would that be the case when I was told I could pick it up?). To my surprise, that and another package that was marked delivered that day were not in my mailbox. I went to the post office (which is nearly 30 mins out from us), and they also did not have these packages. We’ve checked with neighbors who also didn’t receive it, so now we have a total of 3 packages (including another that was marked delivered yesterday) missing and unable to be recovered because of the stupidity of the drivers. We and many neighbors are fed up with the service provided by this post office. Nobody should pay for items and only receive them 20% of the time. I, as I’m sure many people are, am shocked that drivers are getting paid to sit in a car and manage to not do their jobs all day.

A couple nice people, some rude. They need to hold packages for a couple days if delivery can't be attempted. We dont get usps mail service. We use a po box in McKenna (love them).
