My Amazon package couldn't get delivered at my house so it was being held at the Roy post office, no big deal. When I go to pick my package up at the post office the lady with short hair was rude as hell. She refused to check the back room and insisted she would have KNOWN if it was back there. The next day I get another notification saying they tried delivering it again and couldn't so its back at the post office......I am so glad this isn't my normal post office.

Yup this place used to be bad but over the last 2 yrs it has gotten 100% better. The mail and packages arent always on time, and I have seen the girls behind the counter work very hard to satisfy the customer.

This place is worse than the DMV as far as government organizations I have to deal with. They refuse to deliver anything to my house despite the driveway being marked, they lie and say they leave slips on my door for packages they don't deliver. They even deliver me and other family member packages to each others places. We don't even live on the same street. They should air the place out except the lady that works the front desk. Especially the rude, crazy post master. Delivering mail is your whole job, do your job.

The broad who delivers their mail lies to the Amazon drivers saying "You have to move I have a timeline," but then pulls out after she finishes to read her newspaper. USPS doesnt have the time crunch. If I have one pallet left and she comes, I will finish and then leave. Amazon wont do anything about it even if you made a report lol i want to finish and go home too, lazy local drivers

I've always had a bad experience with this post office until recently. The blonde gal that works there and always has her hair in a pony tail brings my packages to my porch! I usually run out and thank her and try to meet her at the gate to save her some time, and honestly I'm just so grateful and amazed because this location has been horrible for years. I don't know her name but finally a decent postal worker here! Thank goodness! Any of the other workers I've dealt with are rude, refuse to communicate about packages, they have broken things by shoving them in the mail box when they don't fit, said our driveway (paved and open space to turn around) was inaccessible. She should be running this location.
