- BCBrent ColeJan 30, 20191.0The woman that works in this post office is constantly on the phone with her mother and gets irritated when she has to help me as a customer and resident. They do not have delivery service for mail or packages and they are open only 4 hours a day during the week and 2 hours on Saturday. This makes it nearly impossible for me to pick up packages before they are sent back due to my work schedule. I will be filing a formal complaint again thest employee I spoke of. She often tells me she will get in trouble for giving me mail that is addressed to my street address and that I need to inform the sender that it must be sent to my forced p.o. box with which I rarely have access to due to hours.
