- GOGeorge OlsenAug 26, 20242.0Received a parcel that was put in my mailbox and had to fight to get it out. I think it should have been put on my back porch. Was not in a box but it was wrapped in plastic. Not happy with this at all. This has happened previously.
- TBTami BDec 8, 20211.0They don't take their own phone calls! They can't figure out a street address/PO Box! The dyslexic personal keep trying to deliver to a physical address. We got a PO box because our mailbox continually got bashed down! Please FEDEX deliver mail so we can be done with these pathetic people!
- AMAshley MucinoNov 14, 20171.0Packages are always delivered to the WRONG address and LATE. I can't count how many times the past year they have delivered my packages to the WRONG address. It's so frustrating. My neighbors have gotten to the point of bringing my mail to me when they deliver it to their house. One time my text book was delivered at a completely different location so they had to locate it and redeliver. Thankfully I had tracked it to contact them in time. Plus a postal guy has yelled and cussed at my dog in front of my kids. The lady at the counter in the post office is nice. They need new people delivering mail. I am tired of important packages getting delivered to the wrong places. FedEx always gets it right somehow but these people dont hmm
