My mail is constantly being forwarded to the previous owner of my P.O. box, or returned to the sender. I get confirmations from Amazon that my packages have been delivered to the post office and when I go to pick them up the post office can’t find them anywhere in their building and I’m told to come back later. I’m scared to know how much of my mail has never gotten to me because of incompetent employees. I’ve had important bills mailed to me that I never receive and all I get from the post office is a “sorry”. I’ve been told multiple times by someone that works here that they have an employee who is “slow” and that she’s a big part of why my mail is always being lost. Why is this employee still employed?!? I expect so much more from a government run agency. I only stay here because it’s close to my home.
