- SMScott McGillivrayApr 20, 20265.0I go to this post office just about every day, and only have good things to say. This morning I dropped off 20 packages for shipment and they were scanned in with tracking info about 15 minutes later...which might take an extra day with some other post offices. Every person I've dealt with there has been professional, helpful, and courteous. Great experience with a small-town post office.
- TTterryApr 7, 20262.0Here down side of Ridgefield post office carriers are to worried about making friends in the neighborhoods which leads to mail being put in wrong boxes or packages loss carriers worry about who your getting a package from . Just my opinion
- MSMarissa SkellingtonMar 18, 20261.0We had to make a quick stop to send a letter out and man oh man this will be the only time we bother going to this post office. The lady behind the counter, shorter grey hair and glasses, for starters didn't even really bother greeting. From the get it was more like we were an annoyance for her to deal with. She responds in a very belittling tone and is FAR from welcoming. When we were sealing our letter another customer came in and was handled the same way. Very short responses and in a tone like this customer was stupid or something. Not sure what this employees issue is, however I'd urge to remove her from being the customer service member. It's been some time since I've experienced someone as unwelcoming, very condescending in her communication and just straight rude. When checking out it gives a chance to review the interaction. I'm not sure why she was surprised when I was not thrilled with our experience.
