Packages continue to not make it for delivery and are getting returned to sender. I thought maybe it was just me but when the two people in front of me and the person behind me in line are having the same issues…?? Never had trouble with deliveries till moving to Ridgefield. Hopefully they get it together.

Rowena is the worst employee there! It’s clear she’s a miserable person who hates her job! I’ve never seen her smile, greet anyone sincerely or look someone in the eye. She is the rudest person to deal with and lacks customer service skills.

Rowena is amazing, I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for a post office before but her customer service is beyond exceptional. I hope that the admins appreciate her as much as the customers do.

I think it's time this post office hires someone else for the front counter. I've had a PO box here going on 3 years. The main older lady who works the front counter has always been unpleasant to deal with. She has no patience and always acts like you're an inconvenience to her. She is a very rude lady. I recently had a package show it was delivered to my PO box. The tracking had a date and time stamp on when it said it was delivered. Unfortunately it never made it to my PO box. The lady said she would look into it. 6 weeks go by and I never heard from her. I was finally able to stop in during business hours and ask her about it. Her response was, "if I found it, I would have called you. Because I didn't find it, I didn't call you." She also mentioned that the person who sent the package needs to start the claim. Seems odd to me but maybe that is standard protocol. As far as it goes for the person that shipped the package, it shows it was delivered to my PO box. Even though it wasn't. Seems as though I'd be the one starting the claim. Nonetheless, the lady at the counter needs to go. She seems very unhappy.

The tracking number still shows out for delivery, but it was delivered. They put a cardboard box in a spot where I didn't see it. A big pile if wet cardboard mush now, contents destroyed. They could not care less. Didn't even get an I'm sorry that happened. I didn't expect much, but empathy and apologies are easy to give. Disappointed! Do better Ridgefield USPS!
