- JCJoh CorderFeb 17, 20261.0Don't use this post office. Worst customer service I've ever seen. The older lady that works there is absolutely useless and terrible at her job and needs to be fired. She is rude and treats people like they are an inconvenience to her for trying to get mail. I have had important mail returned and have not received any mail since I opened the po box. Don't use this post office if you can avoid it.

Constantly am receiving other people's mail and despite numerous countermeasures and visits there, they could seem to figure it out. Doesn't seem like it should be difficult but yet here I am 3 years later.... still receiving other people's mail 🤔

I have Informed delivery so I get a date and time stamp of the delivery happening yet the package always ends up missing and I have to go through the pain of filing missing mail reports. Im so tired of this.

I thought maybe it was just me but when the two people in front of me and the person behind me in line are having the same issues…?? Never had trouble with deliveries till moving to Ridgefield.
