So basically I am paying rent for a dispenser that is empty. No heads up either so we can purchase more at a store. Day 3 now without water. The lack of communication is the worst.

The site does not work and will not allow you to check prior invoices. My husband sat on hold for hours trying to get ahold of someone. He finally asked for a call back but that never happened either.

Anyways they goofed up the first time with delivery no explanation or phone call. Now they goof up again left bottles in front of house never picked up. Do i get a phone call or a note left on door with explanation of what happened No noy even a voice mail. It would be nice to know did I do something wrong The only thing I get is water will delivered in next two weeks. Reliable and communication with them forget it. I am close to quiting my service. I an paying a delivery for this lousy customer service. Oh yeah goof up twice within 6 weeks terrible!
