- RCRyan ChristianApr 21, 20261.0The employee Christina was extremely rude and sarcastic to customers in-front of me trying to get clarification on packages. She makes customers questions sound stupid and inconvenient to her. She was especially rude to a customer ahead of me that may have English as their second language and wrote her letter in a different language. Instead of politely communicating that the letter needs to be corrected, Christina aggressively asked “DOES THIS LOOK LIKE ENGLISH ON THE LETTER TO YOU MAAM??” There have been reports of multiple reviews and complaints regarding Christina and her behavior, but it doesn’t seem management at this location has done anything to either correct her behavior or terminate her as an employee which is the most concerning part.

She helped me resolve an issue I was dealing with, and her level of professionalism was truly outstanding. Cindy was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand the situation and handled everything with confidence and care. It’s rare to see this level of customer service today — she was efficient, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping. I would rate her service 10 out of 10. USPS is fortunate to have someone like Cindy representing them. Thank you again for your support — it made a real difference.
