It’s always the same man at the front desk who is rude and dismissive to customers. And from the looks of other reviews, I’m not the only one who experiences this. I just dropped off a small package and he asked what was in it. I told him it was jewelry, and he asked if it’s gold. I said it looks gold in color, and he immediately pushed the package towards me, said they can’t ship it, and to go to FedEx. What?? I’ve never ever had issues sending small pieces of jewelry from anywhere else. I even Googled it later and couldn’t find information about USPS’s rule against sending gold jewelry. I pushed back in confusion and we had a short terse back-and-forth until he begrudgingly took my package and processed my request. He was unprofessional and that interaction was entirely unnecessary. I will avoid going to this USPS.
