- AZAlejandro ZambranoFeb 18, 20262.0This place was just okay, I’ve never shipped packages before so I came in to send a return package and for some reason the self serve kiosk wasn’t printing the label so I went to the front desk, there was an older lady that was rather rude and told me they don’t print labels and told me to go somewhere else, so I went to get my label printed at a UPS nearby and I came back and gave it to this other lady who was definitely nicer, overall, it’s an okay place, just not the greatest customer service.
