The white lady at the counter was super rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I also always hear her being condescending to other customers.

This one star is directly in relation to my interactions with one employee, I don't know her name yet as I will file a complaint once I do, the one star is not my overall experience. As the Asian lady is the most helpful and sweetest. But, after 1.5 years of going into this location, the very large White woman who is almost always at the customer counter is just absolutely horrible at customer service. She is rude and makes every interaction extremely uncomfortable. Why she chose customer service as an occupation is mind boggling. She obviously hates the public and her job, yet she is still there 1.5 years later after seeing here there when I first moved to the area. You don't even have to interact with her to know what I am speaking of, just stand in the vicinity/line and you will quickly understand what I am speaking of, its not just me, its EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. Condescending, impatient and seems to go out of her way to throw in unnecessary comments. After a while people learn their groove and working with customers becomes easier, yet, it seems every day it becomes worse with this woman. Again, its almost as if she hates her job and the public. The energy she gives off changes your mood, you can walk in happy and having a great day and walk out disturbed and wondering "why the heck do they still have her at the customer counter or with USPS at all" When I did customer service I found out quick repeating the same exact words when someone is not quite understanding me is useless, you want to try and help them and say the same thing but rephrasing it in a way that may help them understand better. Not this woman, she is almost robot like with her communication. I could go on and on and cite exact interactions with specifics but I think I got my point across. I will be acquiring her name and position title, then filing a complaint with the USPS and continue to do so every time an interaction deserves one. I have put up with her attitude for a long time and I think it is long past time to bring this employees behavior to the attention of USPS. If you see a taller/heavier/definitely not smiling White woman using a monotone voice with robotic "to the USPS pamphlet" replies, just wait for the next rep to be available, she will ruin your day.

Very disappointed that a worker by the name of Christina would not help me saying they were a minute away from closing while doors were still open and other employees were helping other people. Very rude and sarcastic
