The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. I have an important gift package for my families in China. They guided me to pick the proper boxing and fill the declare form. They also explained options of shipment clearly

This place has become so terrible since they got the new people working there. The former lady (a nice Korean lady), who worked there was always so helpful and hospitable. The new one parent also a Korean lady and a Filipino man) are the worst. Obviously, you’re working at a facility where people come in and send packages. They’re open till 5 o’clock. I come in at 4:48 And I’m aware that it’s at the end of the day. Didn’t wanna help with anything all they simply wanted you was to get out. The Filipino man kept saying you have seven minutes. You need to have everything done. The Korean lady chime in and says for international packages you need to have everything done by 4:30. That’s what our supervisor says. Nobody bothers to offer any type of help. Just wants to rush you and tell you that you need to get out. Don’t be in the customer service field if you don’t want to help customers. This is likely why USPS is never going to survive because of employees like this who only want to collect their pension and don’t bother to do any type of work

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF MANNY IS AT THE FRONT DESK! I had a horrible experience with the clerk named Manny. He is aggressive, unprofessional, and clearly discriminatory. * Discrimination: He yelled at me (an Asian female) for not having my box taped, yet immediately helped a male customer right in front of me tape his box without any complaint. The double standard was disgusting. * Hostile Attitude: He refused to print my label (standard procedure) and forced me to hand-write it just to make things difficult. He was shouting and intimidating throughout the transaction. * Negligence: He tried to skip the address verification screen, not caring if my package details were correct. Manny makes this post office a hostile environment. Management needs to investigate his behavior immediately. No one should be treated like this!

The male employee at the counter assumes a person is a thief. I show up to pick up a package for my wife with the paper for oversized package. Paper has been signed off by my wife to be picked up by me. And the worker instead of even greeting or anything just says anybody can write on this paper and has a nasty attitude. Asks for my id. Which even has address for package on it. Goes to get package. Then when he comes back he asks me in a snarky tone if i even know whats in it.I proceed to tell him thats not any of his business. Gives me another snarky look and says next time i need to bring a piece of mail with the address. Not my id that has address for package. Makes no sense. If the employee already has some rude bias that he thinks im a thief. Then off the bat he can be direct and say i dont feel comfortable giving the package. rather than make a person feel less and uncomfortable.
