The owner is rude, lies about packages and I’m not sure he knows what he’s doing. It’s really unfortunate because this location is so convenient. So when my lease time is up, I intend to take my business elsewhere!! The only person that’s nice is the gentleman with the accent, I always get good service with him even if they’re busy. Since they remodeled this place, the layout is horrible! There’s not a lot of space for customers. It’s just all together sad and upsetting. So, the owner might consider taking a course or attend seminars about customer service and whatnot! People that are considering opening a box here, please I urge you to reconsider. It’s awful!

A time of need, when I was turned away from location due to it being 30 min before closing & another store location was closed an hour early with no notification- he helped me out with all the patience in the world while I encountered difficulties and never once was anything but very pleasant and helpful. Last he was simply amazing I can’t express this enough- every minute filled with kind words and made it such an easy transaction ! Truly a gem of a man! He is an asset no matter where he goes I have no doubt. I’ll go back and only do business with this store as long as he is there!!

The service was a bit slow, and the man who helped my wife and I was quick to ask us for two Google Reviews after assisting us with only one of our three packages. I let him know I needed to see how the rest of the transaction would go first, and he took it jovially. He was friendly and cracked a few jokes, but service was slowed down while he trained a younger associate who had two dissatisfied customers during our visit. All in all, it’s evident that new management is working hard to turn around a negative reputation left by previous management, but I think there are more tactful ways to accomplish that.
