Singh and the new team are great! Easy parking and self drop off for Amazon returns. They can notarize things too and take passport photos. So convenient!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this UPS Store location today.
I came in to return a Nike package. As many customers know, the process is simple: you bring in your sealed box, they scan the QR code, the label prints, and they attach it. I had everything ready. All that was needed was a quick scan.
When it was my turn, I wasn’t greeted at all. No “Hi,” no “How can I help you?” Nothing. I stood there while the employee just stared at me. She then widened her eyes as if I was supposed to start the interaction. It was immediately uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I explained that I had a QR code for a return. She looked confused and then confidently and rudely told me, “We don’t scan QR codes here. You have to print your label and put it on the box.” The tone was dismissive and condescending, as if I didn’t understand basic instructions. I calmly told her that was not what the return instructions said. Instead of checking, asking a coworker, or even attempting to verify, she doubled down and tried to shoo me away.
For someone who works at a UPS Store where scanning QR codes (especially for Amazon returns) is an everyday occurrence. This response was shocking. But what upset me most wasn’t even the mistake. It was her attitude. The confidence in being wrong. The way she spoke to me. The way she made me feel incompetent and intellectually dismissed.
I chose not to argue in store because it was clear she had no interest in helping me. I left and immediately called the store to speak to a manager. Ironically, the same employee answered and said, “Oh, is this the girl that was just here?” I am 37 years old. Being referred to as “the girl” in that tone only added to the disrespect.
She then admitted she was new, that she made a mistake, and that I was right and asked me to come back. I told her I knew I was right the entire time. That was never the issue. The issue was the rudeness, the dismissiveness, and the complete lack of basic customer service.
I did speak with the manager, Michael, and expressed that this employee needs proper training. Not just on procedures, but on how to speak to customers. Mistakes happen. Being new is understandable. Treating customers with disrespect is not.
What’s especially frustrating is that I go to this UPS Store regularly and have always received great service. This experience was completely out of character for the location, which is why it was so disappointing.
I have never been spoken to that way in a place of business. Customers deserve to be greeted, listened to, and treated with respect even if an employee is unsure of something. A simple, “Let me double-check that for you” would have changed this entire interaction.
Every other employee I have encountered at this location has been fantastic. That’s what makes this even more unfortunate. But it only takes one negative experience to leave a lasting impression and to share that experience with friends, family, and here on a public Google review.
I truly hope management takes this seriously.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The store associate Michael was extremely rude and yelled at me. This guy hates Amazon returns or maybe it was just me. Instead of just helping me with the return as the kiosk had instructed me to get assistance, he was very short, rude and condescending. He then pulled out his camera and began to record me when I asked him his name, as he had no name tag and wasn't wearing anything UPS branded. He then very closely followed me out of the store, clearly invading my personal space as I left. He was extremely aggressive and escalated the situation unnecessarily.
