I went in there to send a medium size box that had one metal breadbox in it. I asked them for some bubble wrap and I had my own box and my own tape. The lady there was super rude and told me to use the amazon kiosk. I told her I was sending something not Amazon. She took the box, doddled around with it. Asked me for an address and quoted me 85 dollars to send it. No freaking way. I took it to the post office and it was 45 dollars to send it. I will no longer use this UPS.

The Amazon kiosks didn’t have bags available, and when I brought my prepaid box to the counter, the associate was immediately rude. He refused to provide even a small piece of tape to seal the box — instead trying to sell me an entire roll. The frustrating part? He had just taped up the customer ahead of me at no charge. When I mentioned this, the manager joined in and started criticizing my perfectly fine box, exaggerating about how much tape it would “need” and warning they wouldn’t be liable for damages. The response was defensive, petty, and totally unnecessary — especially for something that costs pennies. Every other UPS Store I’ve used has been polite and efficient. This one made a simple drop-off feel like a confrontation. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future.
