There is a male staff member whose personal hygiene is so poor that the odor inside the store is overwhelming. It is immediately noticeable upon entering and makes it genuinely unpleasant to remain inside. This is not a minor issue, it reflects poorly on the business and is actively driving customers away. Several people in the community have mentioned avoiding this location because of it. Management needs to address this promptly and directly. Basic hygiene is a minimum standard in any customer-facing environment.

There was really no waiting, the staff was courteous, and the tasks were done as quickly as they could be. The shop has been remodeled recently, and it seemed to flow better for the customers, keeping theaisles clear.

The owner was there as well and she was very helpful. The owner took her time to make sure I received everything I needed. She helped me in pickingthe best box size and bag for my particular shipping issues and took the time to explain it all to me. Can't say enough as they were also very busy but she did it with ease while helping other customers as well. So happy they are here!
