In the delivery record, the “signature” entered was 'SSUKA'. That is an offensive word in another language. It is not my name and it is not my signature. Entering an offensive word into an official delivery record is unacceptable and unprofessional. If a signature is required, then get a signature. If you cannot obtain one, do not fabricate it. This needs to be addressed internally.
