They will call you at the morning of the appointment (7:47AM on a Saturday morning in my case 🤦🏼♂️) just to let you know that they are short on staff and to ask you to reschedule. Instead, go to the Bellevue USPS, they have walk in hours between 8AM to 9AM every day and Steve there will help you out

So unless you have an appointment do not go here, go to the bel red Bellevue location the guy is so helpful. (Redmond location the staff also keep telling you how short staff or understaffed or how their staff have called out sick..)
