I left the carton unsealed so that he could verify its contents After Y gave it to a young African American girl to put it in the shipping bin, I asked them to add some tape to secure it.she said it would be $3.99 for the tape. I said ship it as is and walked out. She became indignant and angry saying ‘what is his name - oh I have it here on the box’. As though she was going to do something. I was doing my friend a favor - his name is on the box. Hope she does not take it out on his mail. Not a good experience. Rude, high and mighty attitude by the girl. If she worked in my company she would have been fired on the spot. She does not realize that without customers she would not have job. Next time I will go to the Duvall PO - very friendly and not busy.
