Other places overcharge, say I can’t send to a PO Box, don’t let me use media mail, etc. I just take everything back and drive to Redmond. The employees here are always kind and patient, as well as knowledgeable. They have plenty of folks, so there’s rarely a line. The owner even guided me out of my parking spot once when I needed help. (The parking lot can be a little crowded, so you might want to avoid lunch and dinner rush.) I’ve been all over, save yourself the grief and head straight to Redmond.

While no one is perfect and I can appreciate folks can easily get frustrated, I'm thinking some of the '1 star' ratings are a bit on the extreme negative side. (IMHO). Give these folks a fair chance and I'm confident you'll leave satisfied.....especially if Miss Ana serves you (but all the staff here is great : )
