Other places overcharge, say I can’t send to a PO Box, don’t let me use media mail, etc. I just take everything back and drive to Redmond. The employees here are always kind and patient, as well as knowledgeable. They have plenty of folks, so there’s rarely a line. The owner even guided me out of my parking spot once when I needed help. (The parking lot can be a little crowded, so you might want to avoid lunch and dinner rush.) I’ve been all over, save yourself the grief and head straight to Redmond.
