If he was just there everyday the shop would be 5-stars! Unfortunately on this trip it was just his wife, I'm assuming, this lady is SO incredibly rude. I watched her be unprofessional and dismissed the questions of the girl ahead of me in line, continuing to shoo her away to the kiosks even though she had questions. When it came to my turn she cancelled my print job halfway thru and continued to make me stand there for 20+ mins while trying to "fix" the perfectly fine printer. She seems so spiteful, maybe due to the full moon, maybe born like that. I left without completing a simple print job, absolutely useless.

They told me I had to call the machines help line to figure out how to work their machine. I had to drive an hour for this appointment in the first place to be told that I don't need an appointment and to walk in when I figure it out. Terrible for national security.
