- BMBlaine MilletDec 13, 20252.0We have had our Christmas cards printed at Staples for several years but this year the quality was substandard. The alignment was off on the printing machine and they were cut with different margins so the cards didn't look professional. There was also a printer mark on the front of every card. I had them reprinted at their expense but it didn't solve the problem. Either their templates are off or their machines aren't that good but in both printings they turned out the same way, not professional. They said there was nothing they could do for me at this point so I guess I'm stuck. I ordered them through a Groupon so not sure how that works but very disappointed. Most likely won't use them again for printing cards.
