  For a while it was just theft. A lot of it. Then it simply became inept carriers and uninformed, poorly trained clerks. Now it’s carriers that skip an easily traveled 500 yard long street with one community box because there’s snow. When I say easily traveled I mean EASILY traveled. Then on the next delivery day they didn’t show up at all as the sun shown brightly and the street was just wet. I’d like to thank them for not delivering then returning the package to the country of origin. It took four weeks to arrive. I won’t receive a replacement shipment until the original package gets back to origin. So…laziness and ineptitude means I will wait 12 for this product. Thanks yet again Ravensdale post office! You never back down from making yourselves look horrid.

  I had an error in my packages shipping address, and they were able to track my package down before it got returned to the sender. Much appreciated!

  I went last night to ship a small package. I always use the UPS store but figured I’d save my company some money and maybe start a new shipping method. I walked in with a small package and a large middle age man in crutches with weeks of food stains on his shirt said why doesn’t anyone get in line? I said there was nobody here and where is the line? He pointed to a counter. I asked should I walk around that? He then asked what I wanted and I said to ship a package. He said he can’t because there is no address. I said sorry, I have it typed out and I’m use to the UPS store. He said he can’t take it and i asked if he had a label. He said no so I said I guess I’m at the wrong place. I then asked if I could tape the address to the box and he reluctantly gave me tape. When I left I said thank you without a word in return. That’s my last visit.

  I love the Ravensdale Post Office! They have always been friendly and accommodating. I've lived in Ravensdale for 30 years and I've never has a reason to complain. I am grateful that I have a local post office. I am grateful for our mail carriers who have always been nice to me.
