- LKLucho KaiserJul 1, 20251.0This location constantly mis-delivers my mail destined for Black Diamond to a PO BOX by the same number at their location in Ravensdale. I’ve had multiple important documents never deliver, and tracking is rarely accurate once it hits their dock. They are the regional hub, but are by far the worst performing location so every local office they support takes the brunt of their errors. Today, I had multiple items randomly get redirected to Kent WA instead of my local post office, now delaying items that were supposed to be delivered today by a few more days. Any questions about missing mail or delivery delays always affords the same response “we have a lot of new people”….. it’s being going on for years and zero meaningful changes have occurred.

They still have not delivered any of my mail even though they have confirmed my mailbox is ready to be serviced. I have had nothing but issues with them. I seriously am thinking about moving just so I won’t have to put up with this horrible service they provide. They have lost tons of my mail as well. I get informed delivery notices from the post office and then it never comes and they claim to not have it.
