They were supposed to be delivered on christmas eve, but they were late, which is understandable seeing as it was so close to the holiday. When they didn't get delivered on time I called to see if they were still enroute. When I finally received a call back the lady on the phone was extremely rude from the start. I then proceeded to ask clarifying questions about my packages and the lady became agitated and aggressive with her responses. Due to her attitude I hung up the phone and didn't have a clear understanding of what she was trying to tell me. I've sent mail and packages to this address before and there hasn't been an issue until this incident.
