- CNChester NevelsMar 18, 20261.02 day delivery package. Nursing shoes and pants never made it to the destination. Called to report my things missing 3 days after the expected date, I was told they could not do anything by Courtney and Bri! Just nonchalant! However, Ari did make a difference by her great customer service skills. No one still dont know where my package is, not even customer care! Im having a hard time getting the measly 100 dollar insurance and 2 day shipping refund. This is the only location that I have ever had an issue with something not making it to its destination, since I was old enough to ship packages!
