I was told by a USPS person on the phone, who was extremely kind and helpful, to come here to get it. At this location specifically, when I was telling them I had a package for pickup, the guy was extremely rude. He kept asking who told me to come in and when I said a person on the phone did, he kept trying to ask who it was. I wasn't sure and just said it was a person who called me. He wouldn't go back to check for it until multiple times of trying to explain the same thing. I can understand if he was just confused, but it didn’t appear that way as he was very rude during the entire interaction.
